4.2 Cashback Confirmation

Cashback is subject to merchant validation and typically takes 30-90 days to confirm. Cashback may be declined if:

• The purchase is returned, cancelled, or refunded
• Payment is not completed or fails
• The purchase violates merchant terms
• Fraudulent activity is detected
• The product category is excluded from cashback

4.3 Withdrawal

Confirmed cashback can be withdrawn to your bank account or UPI with a minimum threshold of ₹100. Withdrawals are processed within 3-5 business days. We reserve the right to verify your identity before processing withdrawals.

5. Coupon Usage

All coupons and promotional codes are:

• Subject to merchant terms and conditions
• Valid only for the specified period and products
• Not transferable or exchangeable for cash
• Limited to one use per user unless stated otherwise
• Subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to manipulate or abuse the cashback system
• Create fake accounts or use automated systems (bots)
• Make fraudulent purchases or returns
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension or termination and forfeiture of all pending and confirmed cashback.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• Accuracy of cashback rates or deal information
• Availability of specific merchants or offers
• That cashback will be confirmed by merchants

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Anytime Cashback shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

9. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our services:

1. You agree to first contact us at contact@anytimecashback.com to resolve the matter informally
2. If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Hyderabad, Telangana, India
3. Arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996
4. The arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator mutually agreed upon by both parties
5. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana, India, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
